Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the contiguous U.S. via USPS (no P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI). Shipping details: Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping & when will my order arrive?
Orders $75+ ship free; under $75 is $3.90. Handling is 0–1 business day (Mon–Fri; cut-off 4:00 PM CT). Typical delivery: 3–5 business days. Tracking is emailed when handed to USPS. See Shipping Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Before shipment, yes—email or call us. After shipment, we recall the parcel and cancel/refund with no extra charge to you. See Refund & Return Policy.
What’s your return policy? Do you do exchanges?
Returns accepted within 30 days with a free prepaid USPS label (start via account or email us). We don’t offer exchanges—please return and reorder. Full terms: Refund & Return Policy.
Are original shipping fees refundable?
- Full order returns (any reason): Full refund, including any original outbound shipping fee paid.
- Partial returns: Any original outbound fee (e.g., $3.90) is not refundable.

Item arrived damaged/incorrect/incomplete—what now?
Email hi@cosmotify.com within 14 days with your order number and 3 photos. We’ll reship or refund in line with our policy. See Refund & Return Policy.
Payments & tax
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, and Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay . Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout. See Terms of Service.
Signature on delivery?
Not required by default. If you prefer signature confirmation, tell us after ordering—we’ll add it at no extra cost. See Shipping Policy.
