Shipping policy

1) Where we ship
- We currently ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or other U.S. territories.
- Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Overland Park, Kansas (11149 W 95th St Unit 59, Parking lot, Overland Park, KS 66214, USA).
2) Carrier
- Our shipping carrier is USPS.
- In rare cases we may split an order into multiple parcels. If that happens, we will provide separate tracking numbers.
3) Shipping rates
- Orders $75 and over: Free shipping
- Orders under $75: $3.90 flat rate
- All prices and charges are shown in USD during checkout.
4) Processing time & cut-off
- Processing (handling) time: 0–1 business day (Monday–Friday; U.S. federal holidays excluded).
- Daily cut-off: Orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Time (CT) are processed on the next business day.
5) Delivery estimates
- Typical transit time: 3–4 business days
- Typical delivery window: 3–5 business days
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to factors such as carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods.
6) Tracking
- We email your tracking number once your parcel is handed to USPS. Use this link to follow progress end-to-end.
7) Signature on delivery
- Not required by default.
- If you prefer signature confirmation, contact us after placing your order (email or phone) and we will add it at no extra cost.
8) Address corrections & undeliverable parcels
- Before shipment: If your order has not shipped, contact us and we will correct the address and proceed.
- After shipment: If your order has already shipped, we will recall the parcel to our warehouse, cancel the order, and refund according to our Refund Policy. No extra fee is charged to you.
- Parcels that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses follow the same recall + cancel + refund flow per our Refund Policy.
9) Delays, stalled tracking, or lost packages
- If your tracking appears stalled or your delivery is overdue, email your order number to hi@cosmotify.com. We will contact the carrier and open an investigation.
- If the carrier cannot substantiate delivery to your address, we will arrange a refund or reshipment in line with our Refund Policy.
- If the carrier can substantiate delivery to your address, the order is considered delivered and a refund is not issued.
10) What we ship (no hazmat items)
- We currently do not sell hazardous or restricted items (e.g., aerosols, alcohol-based perfumes, nail polish). No special ground-only restrictions apply at this time.
11) Order changes & cancellations
- Before shipment (prior to 4:00 PM CT on business days): Contact us to update details or cancel.
- After shipment: We will recall the parcel and cancel/refund in accordance with our Refund Policy, with no extra charge to you.
12) Business days & holidays
- Processing and delivery timelines apply to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude U.S. federal holidays.
